I must admit that the lists of ranked courses and major venues were both longer than I thought they would be. Many of these courses I did not know were ranked in any form or fashion until I looked them up for this. I hope to be able to add a few courses to these lists from the public access side; private ones I will take as they come, though I am not holding my breath to get on any.
